11- Jesus Is Nailed to the Cross.
When they came to Skull Place, as it was
called, they crucified him there and the
criminals as well, one on his right and the
other on his left. Jesus said, "Father, forgive
them; they do not know what they are
doing." Lk 23:33-34

12- Jesus Dies on the Cross.
From noon onward, there was darkness
over the whole land until midafternoon.
Then toward midafternoon Jesus cried out
in a loud tone, "Eli, Eli, lema sabachthani?"
that is, "My God, my God, why have you
forsaken me?" ... Once again Jesus cried
out in a loud voice and then gave up his
spirit. Mt 27:45-46,50
